Rolla Animal Alliance is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit — every dollar makes a difference.

Note: Venmo/PayPal may show as "Animal Rescue Clinic" — that's still us! Our name has legally changed but hasn't finished updating through those platforms.

Why Your Donation Matters

Did you know... Rolla Animal Shelter doesn't receive any funding to help with medical costs for the animals there beyond the cost of rabies vaccines? That's where we're trying to help!

Recently, a kitten came in with a dead, necrotic tail that desperately needed to be amputated. We couldn't let this sweet baby continue to suffer, so we made sure she was able to get the tail amputation she needed! She was also spayed and microchipped. Stories like this are why your support matters so much.

Every dollar helps us fund vet care for shelter pets and community programs like our upcoming foster training course.

Why Spay/Neuter Matters

One of our biggest goals is ensuring every adoptable animal at Rolla Animal Shelter is spayed or neutered prior to adoption. Every dollar raised through our Spay/Neuter Campaign goes directly into Rolla Animal Shelter's Spay/Neuter Fund at Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic — another local nonprofit doing amazing work in our community!

  • It is the #1 way to reduce shelter overcrowding and the number of pets suffering without homes or resources.
  • It saves lives twice over — pets live longer, healthier lives, and fewer animals end up homeless.
  • Spay/neuter programs reduce bites, disease, and the burden on taxpayers and shelters alike.
  • Every unspayed female cat can be responsible for 70,000+ kittens in just 7 years! For dogs, that number is 60,000+!

  1. Donate to Loving Paws Project or the SAVE campaign — help get the new shelter building finished. This new building will be extremely beneficial to the animals' wellbeing in so many ways!
  2. Reach out to the city — let them know you care about the animals in the community.
  3. Volunteer — give your time to help animals at the shelter or at our events.
  4. Foster — open your home temporarily to an animal in need.
  5. Advocate, share, adopt! — spread the word and get involved in any way you can.
